Legal Policy per i miei corsi e workshop online e in presenza

Come dice Johannes Itten nel suo libro Arte del colore citando un passo dei Veda “Ciò che si apprende dai libri o dai propri maestri è un veicolo che serve però solo a percorrere le strade battute; chi arriva al termine di quelle strade deve abbandonarlo e proseguire a piedi”.

Sono qui ad accompagnarti nel cammino a raggiungere più chiarezza e più sicurezza, ma spetta solo a te lavorare come e nei tempi che vorrai dedicare al corso.

I miei corsi non risolvono magicamente tutti i problemi o le difficoltà, ma ti posso assicurare che sono un ottimo punto di partenza. I miei corsi sono la tua mappa che utilizzata e collegata alla pratica può veramente aiutarti ad aumentare la tua sicurezza nel tuo lavoro.

Il lavoro che svolgeremo insieme si basa su più di vent’anni di esperienza nel campo editoriale. Tieni sempre a mente che il percorso attuato insieme non presuppone la certezza di una eventuale pubblicazione editoriale. Questo dipende da ulteriori fattori che non dipendono da me, e in generale da nessuno che insegni in questo campo.

Se ti iscrivi ad un mio corso ricorda che è possibile rinunciare, nel caso di sopraggiunti problemi, informandomi direttamente alla mia email che trovi più sotto. Ma, dopo l'inoltro della fattura, non effettuo rimborsi in denaro. La quota versata potrà essere utilizzata per la partecipazione ad un altro mio corso sia individuale che in gruppo. Ti rilascerò quindi un buono per l'intera cifra versata che potrai utilizzare entro due anni per frequentare un altro mio corso o effettuare incontri personalizzati.

L’attivazione dei corsi di gruppo è subordinata al raggiungimento di un numero minimo di partecipanti. Nel caso che il numero minimo non venga raggiunto, ti sarà data comunicazione al più tardi entro 4 giorni di calendario dalla data d’inizio del corso. A questo punto potrai scegliere se utilizzare la quota d’iscrizione versata per un altro corso oppure chiederne la restituzione.

Per i corsi on-line, la comunicazione dell’attivazione del corso avverrà, al più tardi 2 giorni prima dell’inizio delle lezioni.

Gli incontri on line vengono registrati con l'autorizzazione di tutti gli iscritti e relativamente alla parte teorica in modo che tu possa rivedere la spiegazione in caso di assenza e in generale quando vuoi.

L’iscrizione si intende confermata alla ricezione della quota d’iscrizione.

francescachessa.it is a portfolio and artistic courses website. The site allows you to receive newsletters via email to the designated email address and to purchase courses online and in person.

I am here to accompany you on the path to achieving greater clarity and more confidence, but it is up to you to work as and in the times you want to dedicate to the course.

My courses don't magically solve all problems or difficulties, but I can assure you that they are a great starting point. My courses are your map which, used and connected to practice, can really help you increase your confidence in your work.

The work we will do together is based on more than twenty years of experience in the publishing field. Always keep in mind that the path implemented together does not presuppose the certainty of a possible editorial publication. This depends on further factors that do not depend on me, and in general on anyone who teaches in this field.

If you sign up for one of my courses, remember that it is possible to withdraw in the event of problems by informing me directly via my email address below. But, after submitting the invoice, I do not give cash refunds. The fee paid can be used for participation in another of my courses, both individually and in a group. I will then issue you a voucher for the entire amount paid which you can use within two years to attend another of my courses or have personalized meetings.

The activation of group courses is subject to reaching a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified within 5 calendar days of the course start date. At this point you can choose whether to use the registration fee paid for another course or request its refund.

For online courses, communication of the activation of the course will take place at the latest 2 days before the start of lessons.

The online meetings are recorded with the authorization of all members and in relation to the theoretical part so that you can review the explanation in case of absence and in general whenever you want.

Registration is considered confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee.
